Lottery wheels are methods of picking a group of numbers from the numbers of your choice. It is suppose to be designed to have a balance coverage of all the numbers used.
For example, a 10 number lottery wheel may look like this. You have 10 numbers and you need to pick 6 numbers from the 10 numbers you have choosen. Just label each of your 10 numbers from 1 to 10. The fill up the blank below according to your label.
